GDS Rate Loading Process - TravelClick

Do you have a new rate plan that needs to be loaded or mapped to the GDS?

  1. Submit a Rate Loading Request
    1. Be sure to upload the GDS Rate Loading Instructions from client 
    2. Only XLS, DOC, PDF, JPG and TIF files are allowed.
  2. The Distribution team will build the rate plan in TravelClick/ & HMS.
  3. Distribution will then send the DORMs a detailed confirmation and request the DORMs to assign the pricing within 24 - 48hours. 
  4. Once Distribution receives the confirmation of pricing, they will then submit the GDS Rate Loading to the Amadeus team. 
  5. Amadeus will send the GDS Rate Loading Confirmation and visibility screen shot. 

Have an existing rate that needs to be loaded to the GDS? 

  1. Submit a ticket via ICH&R Distribution Desk  

  1. Be sure to provide the Distribution team:
    1. Rate Plan Name 
    2. Rate Code 
    3. Upload the GDS Rate Loading Instructions from client (Only XLS, DOC, PDF, JPG and TIF files are allowed.)

To view the current rate plans, please sign in to your account and follow the path below:

  1. HMS: Rate & Sales > Pricing > Standard Rate Plan
  2. TravelClick: Manage Rates & Availability > Rates and Inventory > Rate Plans
