Request an account for a new user

To request TravelClick iHotelier, Saber Synxis, Duetto RMS or HMS PMS account access for a new user please be sure to submit a ticket on ICH&R Distribution Desk. 
For OTA  and Spider access please reach out to your property DORM. 
  1. Let us know what Hotel(s) the user needs access to.
  2. Be sure to select: 
    1. Distribution Category: User 
    2. Distribution Sub Category 1: User - Create User
  3. In the Description area let us know:
    1. Users First & Last Name 
    2. Email 
    3. Job Title
    4. Permissions Level
