ICH&R Distribution is here to assist with requests pertaining to TravelClick iHotelier, Saber Synxis, Duetto RMS & HMS PMS.
Here are some Tips & Tricks on Submitting a ticket.
- Always submit a ticket via ICH&R Distribution Desk
- Fill out all the required information
- IF case pertains to more then one property select the multiple hotels.
- Select from one of the Distribution Categories
- Reservation
- Rate
- System
- Content
- Users
- Destination/Resort Fee
- Based on what you selected Sub Category 1 will then auto populate additional choices to pick from.
- Details, Details, Details in Description! :)
- The more details we have the better we can assist you! Below are some key information needed if they apply to your case.
- Brief description of what the issue or question
- Rate Plan Name and Rate Code
- PMS or CRS Confirmation numbers
- Guests First and Last name
- You have the choice of pasting a screenshot in the Description area or attaching a file if needed.
