Tips & Tricks on Submitting a ticket

ICH&R Distribution is here to assist with requests pertaining to TravelClick iHotelier, Saber Synxis, Duetto RMS & HMS PMS. 

Here are some Tips & Tricks on Submitting a ticket. 
  1. Always submit a ticket via ICH&R Distribution Desk  
  2. Fill out all the required information 
    1. IF case pertains to more then one property select the multiple hotels. 
  3. Select from one of the Distribution Categories 
    1. Reservation
    2. Rate
    3. System
    4. Content
    5. Users
    6. Destination/Resort Fee
  4. Based on what you selected Sub Category 1 will then auto populate additional choices to pick from. 
  5. Details, Details, Details in Description! :) 
    1. The more details we have the better we can assist you! Below are some key information needed if they apply to your case. 
      1. Brief description of what the issue or question
      2. Rate Plan Name and Rate Code
      3. PMS or CRS Confirmation numbers 
      4. Guests First and Last name 
    2. You have the choice of pasting a screenshot in the Description area or attaching a file if needed.
