TravelClick Booking Engine URL Links - Rate Plan vs Package

Rate Plan Direct Links/URL

Where in TravelClick: Manage Rates & Availability > Rates and Inventory > Manage Rates > Rate Plans

Search for the rate plan.
Click the Actions link to obtain the Copy Rate Direct URL.
Click Rate Direct URL and paste the URL into your browser.

The Rate Direct URL will take you to that specific rate plan

For Example: Boxer - Advance Purchase: https://reservations.travelclick.com/112948?RatePlanId=5055019
This link takes you directly to the Advance Purchase Rate Plan under the Rooms & Suites (Main) tab once you selected your dates.
*This type of link works great for Ever Green Rates, Direct Links for Corporates Clients or Promotions.

Package Direct Links/URL

Where in TravelClick: Manage Rates & Availability > Packages > Manage Packages > Packages

Enter search criteria or leave blank to search for all packages and click Search.
From the search results, click the package name.

For Example: Boxer - Love Story: https://reservations.travelclick.com/112948?ProdID=740779&LanguageID=1
This link takes you directly to the Love Story Package on the Specials tab once you selected your dates.
*This type of link works best specifically for Packages. Should a Package include an add on value for items, this will display with that specific value.
If you only use the Rate Plan URL, the link will not include that add on value and can lead to a loss in revenue.
