How to mark a reservation as a no show in TravelClick

To ensure your property is properly credited for no-show reservations and minimizing their iHotelier transactional costs all no-shows must be marked in iHotelier within 48 hours of their anticipated arrival date.

Follow these three steps to mark reservations as a no shows in iHotelier. These must be marked within 48 hours of the expected arrival date. 

Step 1: Navigate to Analyze Performance > Reservations > Reservations


Step 2: Navigate to the bottom of the page and enter the CRS/third party confirmation number in the highlighted area below. Select the reservation you want to mark as a no show by clicking on the circle to the right and then selecting "No Show" at the bottom of the records area.

Step 3: A pop up box will ask if you would like to continue with changing the status of the reservation. Select continue.

  1. Note: If the reservation has reached the lockdown period (72 hours after expected arrival date), a warning message displays and you cannot mark it as a no show.
To verify that the no show went through properly you can navigate to Analyze Performance > Reservations > No Shows. Reservations marked as no shows will be listed like the example below:
