Accessing the Call Center

You can access iHotelier Call Center from any computer 24/7 by accessing the URL: https://portal.travelclick.com/login/?redirectID=callcenter. (We recommend bookmarking the URL in your browser for easy access.
  1. Enter your iHotelier username and password, select the language from the drop-down list and click Login
  2. You can also access Call Center via https://portal.travelclick.com
    1. From the main menu: Maintain Content > Call Center 


The default page is the MAIN page.
